As part of a substantial renovation of this distinctive ceremonial Victorian mansion we carried out a full electrical installation across various areas and rooms. We installed multiple electrical mains panel boards and switches, along with numerous distribution boards, throughout the premises. Our extensive electrical installation addressed a diverse range of needs within this multi-purpose building, accommodating functional office requirements as well as decorative ceremonial fixtures and fittings. The entire site was equipped with a full containment system, interconnecting various systems across the three floors with all work adhering to the latest industry regulations applicable to this sizeable local authority property.

We also created a specialist AV package that required detailed design and bespoke programming to suit multiple requirements including court rooms, ceremony rooms, adult education classrooms and even a dance studio.
