“Like most organisations, Kent County Council had to radically rethink our office space in light of the pandemic. In collaboration with partner organisations including Skanska, RHJB Architects and 8AV, Fluid lead the delivery of our new hybrid model across the KCC office estate. This involved the redesign, reconfiguration, new furniture supply and technology integration across several KCC offices.
